 September 5th, 1945, Somewhere Outside of Germany.  The Marine woke up after the crashing of his plane. He looked over to the wreckage, only to find the bodies of his former comrades sprawled out around the destroyed B17 bomber. He stood, surprised to find that he hadn’t been injured except for a small cut across his cheek. He wiped the blood from this minor wound. He had more important things to figure out right now, like where the heck he was. He ran to the bomber, grabbing what was left of the radio inside. He tried it, but he heard nothing.
